Fence Rules
Rule 1: Hand brushes only
You can only use 1930s technology to pain the fence. This means you can only use traditional hand paint brushes. No rollers, spray cans, or any other modern painting technology. You also cannot dump or smear paint on the fence.
Rule 2: Paint only between midnight and sunrise
You can only paint the fence between 12:00 - 6:00 AM.
Rule 3: You must paint the entire fence
You must pain the fence in its entirety, from end to end. Painting only a portion of the fence is considered vandalism.
Rule 4: Guarding the fence
In order to keep your message, you must have two people within the gravel put that surrounds the fence at all times throught the day.
